Refund & Returns Policy (English)

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below.

1) Digital Products (Plugins)

• All products sold are digital (WooCommerce plugins). No physical returns are required.
• After purchase, you will receive instant access to download the plugin file.

2) Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not work as described.
• Refund requests must include details of the issue and proof of attempted support.
• No refunds will be issued if the product was downloaded, used, or installed successfully and functioning as described.

3) Exclusions

• No refunds for misuse, incorrect installation, or incompatibility with third-party themes/plugins beyond our control.
• Refunds are not granted for “change of mind” after downloading.

4) Process

To request a refund, contact us at sales@khaledkandeel.com with your order number, purchase date, and issue description. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

5) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our site/products means acceptance of the updated policy.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد (العربية)

هدفنا هو ضمان رضاك عن مشترياتك. برجاء مراجعة السياسة أدناه.

١) المنتجات الرقمية (الإضافات)

• جميع المنتجات المباعة هي منتجات رقمية (إضافات ووكومرس). لا يوجد استرجاع مادي.
• بعد الدفع، تحصل على وصول فوري لتحميل ملف الإضافة.

٢) شروط استرداد الأموال

• يمكنك طلب استرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من الشراء إذا لم تعمل الإضافة كما هو موصوف.
• يجب أن يتضمن طلب الاسترجاع تفاصيل المشكلة وإثبات محاولة الدعم الفني.
• لن يتم رد أي مبالغ إذا تم تحميل المنتج أو استخدامه أو تثبيته بنجاح وكان يعمل كما هو موصوف.

٣) الاستثناءات

• لا استرجاع في حالات سوء الاستخدام أو التثبيت الخاطئ أو التعارض مع قوالب/إضافات طرف ثالث خارج سيطرتنا.
• لا يتم رد الأموال بسبب “تغيير الرأي” بعد التحميل.

٤) الإجراءات

لطلب استرجاع الأموال، تواصل معنا عبر sales@khaledkandeel.com مع ذكر رقم الطلب، تاريخ الشراء، ووصف المشكلة. سيتم معالجة الاسترجاع خلال ٧–١٠ أيام عمل وإعادته إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

٥) التعديلات

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. استمرار استخدام الموقع/المنتجات يعني قبول السياسة المحدّثة.
